Divine Yoga

Yoga improves strength, balance and flexibility while promoting better self-care. Slow movements and deep breathing increase blood flow and warms up muscles.  Ina embodies strength by bringing together the mind, body, spirit and divinity in every session.


A mixture of meditation, breath-work and energizing movement beginning with gentler movements to warm up the body, then move into progressively more challenging flowing sequences and ending with slower and deeper stretches. Lead by love your ina practitioner will move dynamically from one posture immediately into another, following the breath. This continuous flow of movement and breath generates a meditative state, encouraging practitioners to let go of thought and focus on experience of the present moment. In flow yoga, each movement into or out of a posture is timed with an inhalation or an exhalation in a choreographed sequence. 


As the name suggests, power yoga is focused on building strength and endurance. With power yoga, the emphasis is on the flow from one pose to the next, rather than approaching each pose separately. The poses aren’t disconnected from each other and is a fast-paced and intense activity moving from one posture to another rapidly, linking your breathing to the different motions of your body. Because of the fast pace and resistance training involved, power yoga workouts can raise and sustain your heart rate helping your body circulate blood and oxygen to your muscles and organs more efficiently improving fitness, stamina, and overall health.

With every session, expect a fresh fusion of movements tailored to the instructor’s style, seamlessly combining the grace and strength of barre exercises, the precision and core engagement of Pilates, the fluidity and breath-centric flow of Vinyasa, and the restorative depth of Yin Yoga. Whether your goal is to sculpt and tone, enhance strength and flexibility, or find inner harmony, our class caters to all levels and preferences, ensuring a holistic and invigorating workout experience that revitalizes your body and soul. Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) exercises are a foundational skill set to support the brain-body connection to create more efficient training and everyday movement. DNS exercises allow you to tap into the innate wisdom of the body to become more efficient, stronger, more fluid and heal faulty movement patterns. DNS is a rehabilitation/movement approach that stimulates movement control centers in the brain to activate how our bodies were meant to move by restoring our inborn stabilizing locomotor function. DNS “reboots” your brain and retrains your body to move and stabilize as it should, making your body stronger and more resilient to your daily activities and recreational sports.This class is Physician led, and uses physical therapy models to help activate stabilization musculature, which starts with proper mechanics of the diaphragm, pelvic floor and “core musculature,” then expands to the limbs.

INA Guided Meditation and Sound Bath

This class is meticulously crafted to quiet the mind and foster a profound connection with your innermost being, the heart, using an array of soothing, harmonious sounds. Experience relaxation, rejuvenation, and a resetting of your nervous system. We achieve this through engaging your body’s natural relaxation responses while simultaneously cleansing and revitalizing your chakras of any stagnant energy. This harmonious journey is facilitated by the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, the gentle rustle of rattles, the ethereal tinkle of chimes, the grounding rhythm of drums and the soothing sound of the guitar. The unique vibrational frequencies of the singing bowls are specifically designed to guide your brain into Theta wave states. These frequencies are known for inducing states of deep meditation, serenity, mental clarity, and heightened intuition. Join us in this serene soundscape and emerge feeling more connected, balanced, and at peace.

Shamanic healing works with the energetic and soul level aspects of illness, emotional traumas, and personal imbalance. This is very powerful work and often people come to a shamanic practitioner when they have exhausted their options of using western medicine and traditional psychotherapy to get better. Sometimes people come because they are having “phantom symptoms” that doctors cannot diagnose and keep getting negative tests on. Sometimes people come because they are at an impasse with their therapist regarding an issue that they feel stuck in. Sometimes you just know that what you need help with is something beyond the normal realms of healing.

Types of shamanic healing:

  • Power Loss—Retrieving a spirit ally (like a power animal or guide) for protection and support.
  • Soul Loss–Returning & healing disassociates aspects of ourselves that left because of a trauma.
  • Energy extraction–Removing/clearing stuck or painful energies that may be thought-forms or past-life injuries.
  • Ancestral Healing–Clearing unhealthy patterns that run in your ancestral line and are affecting you.
  • Past-Life healing–Clearing patterns that come from a past life event that are affecting your current life.
