INA — Relax · Regenerate · Rebalance (“INA,” “we,” “us,” “our”), operated by INANNA LLC, operates this website (inachicago.com), our booking app, and the wellness and beauty studio at 308 W. Erie, Suite 100, Chicago, IL 60654. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Because some of our services are health- and medical-related, this policy also describes how we handle health information.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
- Information you give us: name, email, phone number, birthday, company name, and details you provide when you create an account, book a service or class, purchase a package, membership, or gift card, register for an event, or join our VIP list.
- Health and service information: to provide services such as injectable skincare, laser and skin treatments, IV/NAD and vitamin therapy, regenerative and naturopathic medicine, chiropractic, acupuncture, massage, body contouring, and related treatments, we collect health history, treatment preferences, intake and consent forms, treatment notes, and before/after or clinical photographs where applicable.
- Payment information: processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
- Automatic information: pages visited, device and browser type, IP address, app usage, and interactions, collected via cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.
- Information from third parties: our booking platform (MindBody), and social platforms (such as Instagram) where you interact with us.
HEALTH INFORMATION
We treat health information with heightened care. It is used to provide and coordinate your care, to obtain informed consent, to follow up on treatment, and to meet our professional and legal obligations. Certain services are provided by licensed healthcare professionals; where a provider-patient relationship exists, additional privacy protections may apply, and you may receive a separate Notice of Privacy Practices governing that health information (including under HIPAA where applicable). We do not use health information for third-party advertising, and we do not sell it.
HOW WE USE IT
- To create and manage your account, bookings, purchases, and gift cards.
- To provide, coordinate, and follow up on services and treatments safely.
- To send account notifications and appointment reminders.
- To send marketing updates, offers, and event invitations if you opt in.
- To measure and improve our website and marketing performance, including through Google and Meta (using non-health information only).
- To protect our clients, staff, and business, and to comply with legal and professional obligations.
SMS / TEXT MESSAGING
Include this section only if you operate an SMS program.
If you opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our forms, INA (INANNA LLC) will send text messages to the phone number you provide. Message types include marketing promotions, appointment reminders, and account notifications. Message frequency varies, typically up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase.
NO SHARING OF SMS OPT-IN DATA
We do not share, sell, or transfer mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data is used only to deliver the messages you requested.
SHARING OF OTHER INFORMATION
We share non-health, non-SMS data with service providers strictly to operate our website, manage bookings and accounts, process payments, and measure advertising. These include our website host, our booking platform (MindBody), our payment processor, Google, and Meta. Health information is shared only as needed to provide your care, with your authorization, or as permitted or required by law. We never sell your personal data.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of INA, our clients, or others.
DATA SECURITY
We protect your information with industry-standard safeguards, including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest, role-based access controls, and periodic review of vendor security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
COOKIES & TRACKING
We use first- and third-party cookies and pixels (including the Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager) for analytics and advertising. We configure these tools so they are not used to target advertising based on your health information. You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of certain interest-based advertising through the platforms’ own controls and industry tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance.
BIOMETRIC INFORMATION (ILLINOIS RESIDENTS)

If we collect biometric identifiers or biometric information as defined by the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA), we will first provide the required written notice, obtain your written consent, and maintain a publicly available retention-and-destruction schedule. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. Services for minors are provided only with parent or guardian consent as required by our policies and applicable law.

We keep personal and health information for as long as needed to provide our services, meet professional record-keeping and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which we delete or de-identify it.
THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our website and app may link to third-party sites and services (such as MindBody or our booking tools). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
