Puppies & Pilates with Natalie

Join us Sunday, May 17th for an afternoon of movement, pups, and feel-good energy at our very first Puppies & Pilates. This mat Pilates class is designed for dog lovers — whether you’re bringing your own pup or simply want to enjoy a workout surrounded by adorable dogs.
Class 1: 2:45 PM – 3:45 PM (If class one fills, we’ll open a second class from 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM.)
Expect a fun, welcoming atmosphere with great music, movement, and plenty of puppy love. Due to limited studio space, dogs must be under 40 lbs to attend.

- All dogs must be friendly, well-behaved, and comfortable around both people and other dogs.
- For the safety and comfort of all guests, any disruptive or aggressive behavior may result in being asked to leave the class.

Kanhnabliss: A Sound Bath Experience

April Showers Bring May Flowers. You’re invited to a sacred evening co-created with Kanhnabliss, a rare Metanoia gathering with everyone’s favorite flower.
A pairing of two plant allies one to soften the body, one to open the soul.
We begin with cannabis gummies from Kanhnabliss to quiet the restless mind and loosen the grip of the everyday a bridge between ordinary awareness and the subtle realms where healing happens.
Then we gather at the table to hand-assort our own bouquets from an abundance of seasonal blooms not just floristry, but alchemy. A living imprint of the evening’s medicine to carry home.
Next, a few drops of flower essence under the tongue the vibrational imprint of the bloom itself entering your energetic field, dissolving anxiety and burnout. Every guest goes home with a 1 oz flower essence of their own.
From there, we move into guided breath and subtle movement, held the entire time by live music and sound healing crystal bowls, handpan, voice, and sacred instruments tuned to frequencies the body knows by heart.
Finally, we lay down to receive hands-on energy alignment a weaving of Reiki and shamanic healing as you drift into expanded states and let the medicine seal itself into your body.
