Restorative Fillers

Look like you, only younger and restored.  Restorative fillers are about bringing the five aging tissues of the face to a more youthful time in their projection and volume.  Simply put, no one will know you had work done, but you will look great. Your provider will discuss which of the 5 aging parameters of the face apply to your specific needs and tailor a treatment plan to address them in your consult. 

Examples of Restorative fillers include: under eye bags, shadows, jowls, loss in lip volume, dropped brow, temple hollowing, age related harshness, and bony projections throughout the face, loss of facial contours, fullness and heaviness in the lower face, loss of jaw definition, sunken cheeks, narrowing of the chin and lower face, and of course nasal labial folds 

Augmentation Fillers

Our Specialist can evaluate your facial structure, ethnicity, sex, and age to determine what augmentations are right for you.  But what is an augmentation filler treatment? In the simplest of terms, it is about giving you something you were not born with. For example, you may have a beautiful nose, great cheek bones, and incredible brows, but no chin or jaw. An augmentation filler treatment will give you a jaw and chin that matches your other features perfectly. The perfect test of a provider’s skill is that only your family will notice the change, were as a perfect stranger will never know you had anything done. What do I mean?  Your family will notice that you went from a weak lower face to a lower face that matches with the rest of your facial features, bringing balance and harmony to your entire face, making you look more symmetrical, vibrant, and attractive.  However, a stranger will never know you had anything done because all your facial structures fit with each other, your treatment has given you the facial harmony that you never had.  Facial augmentations are first done with temporary filler and if you really like the look, it can be done with long lasting fillers, lasting 10+ years which is a cheaper alternative to implants and surgery.  Your provider can tell you if lasting fillers will be right for you.  

Other examples of augmentation fillers outside of chin and jaw are: liquid nose job, cheek augmentation, brow lift, lip augmentation, increasing facial contours, increasing or decreasing brow and forehead projections, cupids bow projection, and many more. 

Lasting Fillers (Beyond 5/10 Years)

Fillers that last for more than 2 years are considered lasting fillers used in both a restorative and Augmentation treatments and are meant for very specific areas of the face and body.  Lasting fillers should only be injected by a provider that has very advanced training and understands changes in facial topography through the aging decades of life.  Thankfully Ina’s Medical Director Christopher Rosenbarger is a leading expert in lasting fillers and facial topography, and has set the standard in this sub specialty. His expertise has taken him all over the world training other advanced injectors, lecturing, and he has developed multiple training programs for major companies.
