Absolutely. We offer classes for all levels.

What should I bring to class?

Wear comfortable, breathable clothing. Mats and props are provided, but feel free to bring your own if preferred.

How early should I arrive for class?

We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to check in, settle in, and prepare for a grounding experience.

Do you offer private yoga or Pilates sessions?

Yes, we offer private and semi-private sessions tailored to your goals.

What spa treatments do you offer?

Our curated menu includes facials, body treatments, massage therapy, HydraFacials, and advanced skin therapies. You can explore the full menu on our website

We offer flexible membership options that include access to unlimited classes, exclusive discounts on spa services, and more.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 6 hours’ notice for class cancellations and 24 hours for spa services to avoid a cancellation fee. Memberships can be canceled anytime before the next billing cycle without penalty.

Are gift cards available?

Yes! INA gift cards are available in any amount and can be used toward classes, spa treatments, or products.

Can I host a private event or wellness workshop at INA?
